    This document contains a pathology report from Dr. Nadji Tehrani's clinical and anatomical pathology laboratory in Qazvin, Iran. The report describes a specimen consisting of brown tissue fragments measuring 1x1 cm submitted for analysis. Microscopic examination showed endometrial tissue with proliferative glands and hemorrhagic hypercellular stroma. The diagnosis was hemorrhagic proliferative endometrium. A second specimen of creamy tissue measuring 0.5x0.5 cm was also submitted and found to be endocervical mucosa with chronic inflammatory cell infiltration and mucous glands. The diagnosis for this specimen was chronic nonspecific cervicitis.

    MAC: The specimen consists of fragments of brown tissue with blood clot measuring11 cm totally submitted. MIC: The section shows endometrial tissue with small tubular proliferative glands with few mitotic figure surrounded by hemorrhagic hyper-cellular stroma and hyper-chromic uniform nuclei were seen. Dx: Hemorrhagic proliferative endometrium Mac: The specimen consists of fragments of creamy tissue measuring 0.50.5 cm totally submitted. Mic: The section shows endo-cervical mucosa partially covered by mucosal epithelium and in underlying tissue infiltrated by chronic inflammatory cells and few mucous glands were seen. Dx : Chronic nonspecific cervicitis
