We are continously facing few problems which poses a great threat to manage the market from last few weeks.Kindly consider them as stated : 1. VAT ISSUE i.e 13.25 applicable in haryana region 2. Replacement of defective batteries,which is a major problem 3 Issuance of our i.e (Super distributor) credit note 4. Pending claim for retailers and distributors gift 5. Uniformity of Prices of batteries 6 FOS INCENTIVE i.e-RS 2 of from October 2010 for all distributors 7 Launching of new batteries in the market like spice and lava. 8. Lack of manpower i.e territory sales manager 9. Delay in import of batteries 10 Battery backup complain i.e increasing battery MHpower issue So kindly consider our problem and take some necessary action so that we can maintain the vision of company to provide best services to its customers.
