Effective and strong retention strategy becomes a powerful recruitment tool. Retention of key employees in present scenario is critical to the long-term health and success of any organization. It is a known fact that retaining your best employees ensures customer satisfaction, increased product sales, satisfied colleagues and reporting staff, effective succession planning and deeply imbedded organizational knowledge and learning.

Employees do not leave an organization without any significant reason. There are certain circumstances that lead to their leaving the organization. Purpose/Objective statement:The purpose of the thesis is to investigate and analyze how company leaders today can retain their key employees. How can the provision of key human resources develop a longterm relationship that makes top employees stay in the company? The study also aims to establish the procedure leaders apply to retain employees.
