    Location: south,middle outskirt of Taiwan. Purpose: to take care of starve dogs. Funds source: My salary,pet medical treatment,pet hospital. Range: 100*100m Slogan:Think like an animal,not humans. Facilities: car parking, storehouse, office ,hospital ,dog house+yard , guard room, humans dorm, basketball court Necessary human resources: 1. washing,feeding,cleaing,walking=>31 2.Storage goverening: 1-2 3.Doctors+helper:2+2 4.Guard man: 3-4(2daytime 1midnight) total:37-41people
