Source of Electric Voltage
Source of Electric Voltage
To make the current flows continuously there must be installed potential difference maker device, which called source of electric voltage. To make the current always flows from point A to point B, therefore, potential A must be bigger than potential B. Thus, the source of voltage function to transfer electrical charge so that potential difference between point A and B will occur.
In order to flow the electric current, the source of voltage should relace energy. If it has energy of one joule, the source of voltage can transfer electric charge of one coulomb and it is said that its potential difference is one volt
The device used to measure the potential difference is called voltmeter. Potential difference between point A and B during the current flows is called clamp spanning and it is noted as Vab. The potential difference between the positive and negative pole of the source of voltage measured directly without current is called electromotive force (EMF)and it is noted as E.
Of course the potential difference of clamp spanning is smaller then the potential difference of the electrical movement from since during the current flows it is used to switch the lamp on which has certain resistor
Based on explanation and experiment, it can be conclude as follows : A. clamp spanning(V) is the potential difference between two points during the electrical current flow B. electromitive force (EMF) is the potential difference of source voltage without floating the current. C. Voltmeter is installed
