Perez sir, good evening sir, to our Deputy Chief for Operations Fire Chief Superintendent Ruben F. Bearis sir, and to the all officers, and to all Lakans and Lakambinis who are present here, Good evening Sir/ Maam.

In behalf of my classmates, the Sinag-Tala Class of 2012, allow me to express my heartfelt gratitude for the testimonial acceptance bestowed upon me. I feel so grateful to thank the people who extend their very encouraging and generous support for absorbing us in the Bureau.

Indeed, I am very glad that as we have gathered today, we are reviving our humble obligation as fire officers, that is, to promote public safety. To Sir /Maam, rest assured that your efforts in accommodating us here will not be futile; for we - the new breed of inspectors will help the bureau in attaining its mission and vision as we imbibe the core values that the Academy has taught us. Expect our willingness to serve the public as we persistently engage ourselves in social activities and obligations together, in the noble profession of protecting properties and saving lives.

To my classmates, let us keep that light in us burning. Let us nourish the vigor of passion and soar high with great ideals. Let us nurture the foundation that we have established and that emanated from our beloved alma mater. And above all, lets always seek for guidance from the senior officers who have gained wisdom from their experiences in the service.

Finally, as young inspectors, we guarantee to do our best and be the asset of the Bureau of Fire and Protection and make our alma mater beam with pride for the kind of graduates it has produced.
