0 Resource Kit describes MetaEdit as follows: The Metabase Editor (MetaEdit) is a tool that provides similar functionality to the Windows NT Registry Editor. Using MetaEdit, you can browse and modify attributes in the Metabase. Note that in using MetaEdit, you can make changes that may damage your IIS configuration.

Model menu

The Model menu includes all the functions needed for adding objects and relationships into the picture. The contents of this menu depend of the selected method and thus always differ from method to method. The basic items include: Change Mode Note Relationships All the object types available in the selected method are collected in the Model menu. Thus, the content of the menu is dependent on the selected method.

After you have created some objects, you may want to show how all those objects are related to each other. To do that you have to 1 Select Change mode from adding objects to adding relationships. 2 Choose the kind of relationship you want to add. 3 Add a relationship. 4 Fill the property dialog for the relationship.

This menu allows you to print a picture or transfer it to other programs. The menu has the following functions: Print Print Area Copy To Clipboard Export to Windows Metafile
