Manager and current incumbent to review and update position description and forward to HR for review/evaluation. Submit a Request to Employ to fill vacancy to HR
HR to approve RTE and advertise vacancy HR to create questions, confirm interview date, book interview facilities Shortlist candidates once vacancy is closed
Advise applicants that they have not been shortlisted for interview
Schedule interviews
Conduct interviews
Arrange for functional capacity/medical assessments to take place submit selection panel recommendation to EM People Development Make offer to successful applicant Re-advertise position if there are nor suitable applicants
