    On May 12, 2008, RAC Cedar Rapids, with the assistance from hundreds of other ICE personnel and other agencies, will be conducting an enforcement action in Northeast Iowa. As part of this enforcement action, RAC Cedar Rapids and SAC St. Paul is requesting the assistance of the North Dakota Air Branch. RAC Cedar Rapids is requesting the support of two Black Hawk air units to maintain surveillance and aerial observations during the execution of a criminal search warrant and hundreds of criminal arrest warrants at a meat processing plant. RAC Cedar Rapids would request that the air support units be available for operation briefings on May 9, 2008 in Waterloo, Iowa. The briefings will be th th held on May 8 and May 9 in Waterloo. The operation will take place on May 12, 2008. Specific start times and instructions will be provided to the air support personnel during the briefings. RAC Cedar Rapids would also request the necessity to have one or two ICE personnel on board the air units during the operation. .
