    FINDINGS

    After analyzing the data collected and compiled, I have come up with few findings on employee satisfaction survey. The findings are based on the primary data collected from a sample size of 80 respondents in and around Haryana. The research shows that the majority of the respondents were overall satisfied with their company. All the age group and designated persons are satisfied with the facilities provided to them except the employees of tata docomo. Employees are committed to the long term career in the company except the tata docomo and Videocon employees. The majority of respondents are satisfied with their job. The majority of respondents are satisfied with their job rating. All the employees are satisfied with the dimensions like caring about employees, teamwork,attracting and retaining employees. All the employees are fully satisfied with their company leadership.
