speed
Your line speed controls how quickly data gets to your computer over the Internet. It is rated in kilobits per second (kbps) which is a measure of the amount of data that can flow in a given time.

384 kbps
A good option for one or two users browsing the web and sending emails. Download: 384 kbps. Upload: 128 kbps.

1024 kbps
Slightly faster option, suitable for a family or small office looking for more speed. Download: 1024 kbps. Upload: 256 kbps.

4096 kbps
Meets highest demands for quality suitable for large file downloads, gaming, video streaming and larger office networks. Download: 4096 kbps. Upload: 512 kbps.

10240 kbps
Ideal for large office networks with maximum speeds for bigger file downloads and can also be used for voice over Internet (VoIP) calls. Download: 10240 kbps. Upload: 512 kbps.

data cap
No data cap or usage threshold

shaping
This is a shaped service. Priority is given to normal web browsing, email, online banking and social networking type services.

limitations
No concurrent sessions which means that you can only log into your ADSL account from one location at a time.

All-inclusive
Your ADSL line rental and Internet data are bundled together, so you can save up to R53 per month on your ADSL bill and have the convenience of one monthly bill from MWEB. Excludes voice line rentals.
