Dear Sir/Madam,

I write to you after getting in touch with the Subway organisation via email, they assured me that subway can offer donations but it is of course at the managers discretion whether to participate. I am a third year student at Coventry University studying towards a BA (Hons) in Media Production and I am currently working on a short film for my final project. Having self funded the entire project so far it came to mind that I might try and seek help in providing a small amount of catering for my two shoot days. Having been a regular customer into you store throughout my time in Coventry I noticed you have pictures up on the wall showing how you have provided food goods to schools and I was hoping you may be able to help me on this particular occasion. This project will see me finish my degree, and everything I have learnt so far will be tested and tried to the upmost limits hopefully creating a final film which can be shown at film festivals around the country. The first screening of the film will be at BAFTA (British Academy of Film and Television Awards) for our degree show, and onward from there. I have a crew of 9 and another 2 actors who are all helping me out, unpaid for the two days of shooting early April. If you could offer me anything in terms of catering I would be extremely grateful, and you would of course get special thanks in the films credits as well as using the film however you see fit to promote your own store/brand, including any promotional photographs that would be useful to you.
