Honey Sandwich Bread

Ingredients: (Egg Free) 1 cup warm water (105-115) 1 Tbsp. sugar 1 Tbsp. yeast Directions: Spray a 4 x 8 inch bread pan with non-stick spray. In a liquid measuring cup combine warm water, sugar and yeast. Stir and set aside until foamy, about 5 minutes.

3 cups GFMs Rice Almond Blend Flour In a stand mixer bowl combine flour, xanthan gum and salt. Stir to combine. Melt butter in 2 tsp. xanthan gum microwave 15-20 seconds. Measure out tsp. salt honey, applesauce and vinegar. 2 Tbsp. melted butter With mixer running on low speed, slowly pour cup honey yeast mixture into dry ingredients. With mixer cup applesauce, room temp. continuing on low speed pour in butter, honey, 1 tsp. cider vinegar applesauce, and vinegar. Stop mixer and scrape down sides of bowl. Beat on high speed for 3 minutes. Spread dough evenly into prepared bread pan. Smooth out tops. Cover with towel and place in warm area to rise for 1-1 hours or until doubled in size. Preheated oven to 375. Place on second lowest rack in oven. Bake for 30 minutes and without removing from oven cover with foil and then continue baking for 30 minutes longer, for a total baking time of 1 hour. Foil prevents over browning. Wait at least hour before slicing bread for best results. My son, eat honey because it is good, And the honeycomb which is sweet to your taste; So shall be the knowledge of wisdom to your soul. GFM Tip: Store honey at room temperature out of direct sunlight. If honey crystallizes, rejuvenate it to its liquid state by placing in a pan of hot water briefly.
