2012 Youth Workshops

For academically gifted and talented students In Years 8, 9 and 10 To be held at Pulteney Grammar School Wednesday 11th , Thursday 12th and Friday 13th July 9.00 am to 3.30 pm.
You are invited to nominate gifted students from Years 8 to 10 who would benefit from in-depth workshops led by experts in their field. Workshops consist of either 3 sessions, 90 minutes long, one held each day for 3 days in a chosen topic or a stand-alone 2 hour workshop (with breaks). A variety of topics to choose from include Neuroscience, Poetry, Robotics, Eastern Medicine, Art, Creative Writing, Music, Drama, Forensic Science plus many more. Cost is $170.00 for a minimum of three workshops each day including course materials. Students are to bring morning tea and lunch from home. Special financial consideration may be given to country students and students who would be precluded by financial restraints. Individual GTCASA members / Students from schools with GTCASA membership pay $160.00 (GTCASA membership number will be required.)
