    Suggestion Due to extra load to overall it department I would suggest to system it department into 2 (two) sub area project and operational. Project department should responsible to enhance current IT Software / infrastructure or introduce new application which enhance overall performance and create resilience. Operational department should provide end user support. Follow international level support software.
