Firstly I would like to thank Mr. BarmanRay (Branch Manager) for giving me an opportunity to show my talent at Greaves Cotton Ltd. in the most competitive business that holds a bright future. I would like to thank Mr. N.A. Nagar (Senior Executive) for giving me an opportunity to work on the project Analysis of Product Quality & Customer Satisfaction which has proved to be a great learning experience for me.
