    It is ensured by all the members that lights are switched off when not in use in order to conserve energy.

    Daylight is made to use efficiently. It was observed that the Air Conditioners installed had a Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) Star Rating of 3 stars. Washing Machine is Energy Star rated. The house is covered under Municipal Corporation of Delhi Waste Collection Drive.

    It was seen that geysers installed are around 7-10 years old. 4 taps were found leaky in the washrooms. No special attention is given to any Water Conservation measures.
