I. Game Installation and Play
1. Membership Sign Up
You must first sign up at www.gamekiss.com to play GhostX. Visit GameKiss official website at www.gamekiss.com, click the "Sign Up now!" button on the upper left corner of the page. Fill out the membership application form and click OK to join membership.

1. ID(E-mail address): Enter your e-mail address. Your email address will be registered as your ID. (Click ID Check and a verification mail will be sent to your email address. Click the verification code in the mail.) 2. Confirm E-mail: Enter the same email address you have entered one more time. 3. Password: Enter a password. 4. Confirm Password: Enter the same password one more time. 5. Name: Enter your name. 6. Country: Enter your nationality. 7. Gender: Enter(Choose) your gender. 8. Year (Date) of Birth: Enter the Year(Date) that you were born. 9. Confirmation of Newsletter: Check this box if you wish to receive newsletters from Gamekiss. 10. Verification Code: Enter the number (code) shown on the right (in the box). 11. Confirm: Click the Confirm button and the verification e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you have entered, check your e-mail and follow the instruction in order to finish the Gamekiss sign up process.

2. Client Download and Installation
After completing the membership process, download the Ghost X Client to install the game. (Before downloading the Client, please read the minimum and recommended specs required to play Ghost X.) Once installation is complete, the Game Launcher icon will appear on your desktop. Click GKLauncher icon to load GameKiss Launcher and play Ghost X.

II. Game Preparation and Start


1. Starting Page
When you begin the game, you will see the page as the one below.

Start Game: This will begin your game. End Game: This will end your game Options: Edit the game setup. Video: View the Ghost X trailer.

2. Create Character
1) Character Selection Page 2) Create Character To create a character, you must select character details.

Character Creation: Create your character. Delete Character: Delete your character. Back: Go back to the previous page. Connect: Connect to the game with the selected character.

Type in the character's name. Set bonus character stats. Select the gender, hair, face, clothes, and details of the character. Click the Complete button to finish character creation. You will return to the previous page.

3) Prologue Once you finish creating your character, a question will ask if you would like to view the Prologue. If you select "Yes", an introductory movie will begin. During the Prologue, you will be able to practice moving, jumping, and using simple attacks and operations. After the Prologue, you will be able to choose a nanobot.

If you do not choose to view the Prologue, you will be sent to the nanobot selection page.

III. Operation and Interface


1. Basic Operations

3. Basic Game menu


Any time during the game, you can press the ESC key to view the Basic Game Menu.

End Game: Quit the game. Forfeit Mission: Cancel the current mission. Change Channel: Move from the current channel to another one. Change Character: Change to a different character. Help: Helpful tips that will allow you to play Ghost X smoothly. Options: Edit game environment. Close: Close the basic menu window.

4. Game Display

Nanobot Info: Displays the nanobot level and stats. (Click to view detailed info about the nanobot.) View Character Stats: See HP, GP, and Experience Rate levels. Skill Shortcut Key Window: See details of current skills. Chatting Window: Engage in chatting and view chatting dialogues. Character Info Window: View character level, stats, PvP, and item info. Current Quest Window: View progress of the current quest. Navigation Window: View the character's current location. Messenger: Transmit messages to friends or crew members. Ghost Equipment Window: View info on the ghost equipment in possession. Bag: View info on items in possession. PvP Mode: Use PvP mode via PcP mode. Cash Shop: Go to the Cash Shop where cash items are sold.

IV. Nanobots and Items
1. Nanobots
Nanobots are classified as either attached, knife, or sword. Each type has its own unique and expert characteristics.

Attached Expert in close attacks, the superb union of its general attack and skills can turn out endless combos. Extreme damage can be inflicted using combos. Knife Depending on the weapon's length, its attacks can reach a wide range. The basic attacks cause much damage while its dash-slicing combos can damage more than one enemy at a time. Sword Designed as a weaponized nanobot, its attacks are swift, and its specialty is in aerial attacks.

2. Items
Ghost X items are categorized as follows.

Quest

Quest Progress andd Exchange Item

The basic items that appear at the beginning of the game are the Costume Items and Consumable Items. 1) Costume Items

- Clothing: Depending on where it is worn, the clothing is divided between hair, tops, bottoms, gloves, and shoes. - Accessories: Consists of rings and necklaces. Items can change the attack and defense ratings and other additional character stats.

2) Consumable Items Consumable Items can be bought at the Shop or can be picked up after killing monsters. The Shop sells a variety of items from Triangle Rolls to Shakes.

TIP. Storage Operations You can ask Heepah Heepah at the far right of Shopping Town about the Storage Operations. Storage is useful when your Item Slots are full and you cannot add any new items. You can drag items using your mouse from your Bag to the Storage. You cannot move money.

V. NPC
There are many different NPCs (non-player characters) in Shopping Town that offer unique services. These NPCs are essential for market services, nanobot system support, functional support, and making progress in the game through a variety of quests.

1. Important NPC Services


Tweener: verifies Crew Info. Luna: registers and changes your Honorary Title.

Mart Owner: sells food and drinks. Use these to recover your HP and GP.

Heepah Heepah: helps you with Storage and Market operations and Bag Expansion (Bag: 10 slots. Storage: 15 additional slots).

Genova: provides Nanobot System support and sells items that affect BP. - Nanobot System: Used for Nanobot creation, combination, random pick, storage, and return. - Nanobot Storage Expansion: Use game money to expand the Nanobot Storage to 3 more slots. - Soul Sale: Souls of 1%, 10%, and 100% Purity on sale. - BP Use Item Sale: Rimae, Cube, Recovery Item, and Exchange Item can be purchased. Rapper Rapper: strengthens items. X-1: exchanges and strengthens supplies by extracting Soma from items. - Soma Separation: Removes Soma that is attached to clothes for a fee. - Item Exchange: By exchanging the "Exchange Item" for recovery item, seed, or cube, exchange details will differ from level to level.

V. Missions and Quests


In Ghost X, players rid the city of Ghosts by going through a series of quests. Along the way, your characters and nanobots can evolve and grow. Quests are essential to making progress in Ghost X.

1. Quest Types
1) Quests are divided into three groups: basic, mission, and hidden. Basic Quests: help you gain experience. Mission Quests: required for advancing to the next level. Hidden Quests: special tasks assigned by NPCs during a mission.

Mission and Hidden Quests are labeled with (Mission Quest) or (Hidden Quest) after the titles respectively.

Click on the current Quest to reveal the commands and required elements for completion. After a Quest is completed, Experience Rates and Reward Items are given.

2. Quest Acceptance and Execution


During the game, quests will be assigned in conversations with NPCs or through cell phone calls. Once you have received a quest message, you must go to the NPC indicated with a green exclamation point for quest instructions. When you click on the quest, you will be able to view the quest info. Once you have completed the required task, return to the NPC that assigned the quest. View the Mini-Map with the M key and a green exclamation point will indicate where to begin the quest. A green question mark will indicate where to go to complete the quest and receive your reward.

If the NPC has a white question mark, this indicates that you have not completed the task required for quest completion.

When a green question mark appears on the NPC, this means you have completed the appropriate task and can receive a reward.

TIP. Press Ctrl+L to view info on the current quest and check your quest progress.

VII. Game System


1. Strengthening System
1) Removal One function of Removal that strengthens an item is to remove the Rimae from the item. You may use the Strengthening System (Removal) by finding Rapper Rapper in the White Aurora Base (he's located to the right of center).

Place the Soma (Stat Item) and/or Rimae (Remove Item) in the right location, like in the image above, and then press the "Remove Button".

2) Strengthening Prepare items having stat rates like rings or clothes.

Removed Rimae Stats = Item Stats


Place the Strengthening Item and Rimae in their separate spots (you must select which stats you want to be strengthened).

Strengthening can be a success or failure depending on a fixed probability. When successful, the stats will be added to the current level, and with failure, the stats will be deducted from the current level.

3. Trade System
1) Shop Trade

There are 3 ways to trade. Left Mouse Button: Sale of 1 current item (Buy) Right Mouse Button: Sale of 10 current items (Buy) Drag Mouse: Sale of all current items (Buy) Lastly, you must click on the trade complete button in order to finish the transaction completely.

2) User Trade Click on the user you want to trade with and select the icon that says 'Trade' on the list.

When the trade verification message pops up, click 'YES'.

Drag the item (or money) you wish to use in trade onto the Trade window and click on the Trade Standby button.

Once the trade is complete, the item you have sold (or money) will disappear and the new item will be added to your inventory.

3) Market System See Heepah Heepah to access the Market and obtain needed items.

Click on the 2nd item on the list for Market.

You can search for and buy all the items you need.

Not only can you buy items, you can also sell items as well. Drag items from your Storage (or Bag) to the marked spaces to sell in the Market.

(1) After moving the item, select Register Sale (2) Then give your item a price and click Start Sale to complete your Sale.

4) Party System Click on the user you want to form a Party with and select the icon 'Make Party'.

The above image will appear when a user wants to form a Party with you. A Party Acceptance (Confirm) message will appear.

When the Party is approved, a Party Member icon will appear on the left- center of the character screen.

Press 'M' to locate a Party Member on the Map when a Party Member is on the same channel.

TIP. You can complete quests faster when you play them with Party Members.

5) Crew System The Crew System is set up as a support community between users. Users can form Crews to play together and form a guild system with private communities that need special access for new Crew Members. If you want to form or join a Crew, go to Tweener. You can verify info about a Crew by going to Tweener and clicking on the Crew. Detailed info will be displayed. You can form a new Crew by paying Tweener 100,000 Money. To join an existing Crew, you need to receive an invitation from the Crew Leader.
