Solution of Encryption parameters for CS services are incorrectly configured after directed retry is performed for combined services

Description Sounds like the gurgling of water occur at the CS services of some UEs in the following process: 1. After a UE in cell 1 has established a CS service, it initiates a PS service establishment request. When the PS service is being established, the RNC triggers a directed retry (DRD) to hand over the UE to cell 2. 2. After the UE receives a RADIO BEARER SETUP message for PS service establishment from the RNC, it responds with a RADIO BEARER SETUP COMPLETE message, which contains the START and START list information elements. 3. After the RNC receives the RADIO BEARER SETUP COMPLETE message from the UE, sounds like the gurgling of water occur at the CS service. In the DRD procedure for PS service establishment, the RADIO BEARER SETUP COMPLETE message from some UEs to the RNC contains both the START and START list information elements. The START information element is the encryption parameter for the PS service. The RNC, however, uses the START information element to reconfigure the encryption parameter for the CS service. As a result, the encryption parameter used by the RNC for the CS service is different from the encryption parameter used by the UE. Thus, sounds like the gurgling of water occur. In the preceding process, if the RADIO BEARER SETUP COMPLETE message from a UE contains both the START and START list information elements, sounds like the gurgling of water occur at the CS service. Minor In the preceding process, the RNC uses the START list information element to configure the encryption parameter for the CS service, thus ensuring that the encryption parameter used by the RNC is the same as that used by the UE. In this way, sounds like the gurgling of water can be avoided. CMM: DTS2010070200502 CASE_Commercial_PR_Regression_V9R12C01SPH202_006
