Steps to create boat cyclohexane: 1. Cyclohexane was drawn. hydrogens were added and model build was performed.

2. A dummy atom was placed above the cyclohexane. 3. Four restraints were added : Torsion angle 3-4-5-6 was set to zero degree Torsion angle 3-2-1-6 was set to zero degree The distances of atoms 3 and 6 were set to 4A from the dummy atom

4. The structure was then geometry optimised several times until convergence was obtained. This showed us a boat cyclohexane.
