for emergency vehicles to improve the pedestrian path along the Istiklal street and encourage and invite pedestrian to come from this part and increase the walkability for this part to motivate the livability. Secondly we closed the path across the Sina Pasha mosque except for emergency vehicles to increase the livability and by adding new building and changing the function of building for this part attract people and also for improve the safety of this part.
