LET ALL PARTIES CONCERNED attend before the Judge in Chambers on ....................................................... at 9.00 a.m. on the hearing of an application on the part of the Plaintiff for the following orders:

a. Summary Judgement against the Defendant pursuant to Order 14 Rule 1 of the Rules of the High Court 1980 for the sum of RM 260, 000.00 being the losses suffered by the Plaintiff; b. Interest for special damages of 4% per annum from the date loss was incurred to the date of filing; c. Costs of this application; and d. Such further or other order as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper to grant. The grounds supporting this application are as follows:

1. By a written contract entered into on the 4th of March 2011, the defendant agreed to purchase three (3) units of antique pianos from the agent of the Defendant expressly represented to the Plaintiff that the car that was to be purchased would in fact conform to the requirements of the Australian Design Regulations (ADR).

2. The Defendant failed to The total amount claim is RM 461,500.00.

The Plaintiff verily believes that the Defendant has no defence in this action.
