Withdraw & Settlement

All the loan can be approve provided the withdrawal letter from the following bank 1. Bank Rakyat (Ko-bank), 3 doc a. Withdral letter

b. RM 50 Receipt. Bank Rakyat will request RM 50 when customer request for Full settlement letter. Please provide the receipt.

The is the letter accepted for ASB & Personal financing, can be request from department CAC Account enquiry which print from Counter is not accepted

Credit Card settlement can provide the last statement (full statement, Credit card number with xxxx xxxx xxxx 5989 is not accepted

Wasiat
Wasiat is compulsory. It can be replace by Maybank wasiat But provided Card Wasiat or Wasiat Terakhir

RM 12 Bankruptcy check RM 20 Open Club TemanKu RM 50 Al-Wadiah TK Saving (RM50 Credit in Touch & Go) RM 100 Processing fees for applicant Officer & above RM 350 Wasiat 2 month advance payment ( 179 month instead of 180 month for 15 years) Takaful calculate based on age, loan size & tenure ( plus minus 1% of loan size) 8 0.5% + RM 10 stamp duty 9 3% processing fees **All the charge is implementing by MBSB and will be deducting from loan once approve. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7
