In clause the opportunities of application of technologies of measurement of parameters of
radio relay communication systems for measurement of good quality of terrestrial stations
of satellite communication with small diameters of aerials are considered which have
received a wide circulation recently. As a result of researches it is offered to carry spend
measurements of good quality of terrestrial stations with small diameters of aerials with
higher accuracy, with participation of control station and with use transponders of the
companion engaged in working transfers.

The article describes operation of high-voltage transmission lines depending on weather
conditions and air pollution intensity. It proves that by solving these problems, it is
possible to facilitate the operational integrity of high-voltage transmission lines and
substations and improve the insulation condition.

The influence of laser and irradiation on electric and stress-strain properties of polyimides
of alicyclic type was studied. It was established that in the case of irradiation with dose
rate of 300 MRad enhancement of tensile strength up to 12-15 % takes place, and at dose
rate up to 5000 MRad dielectric parameters save 30-40 % of initial value, but stress-strain
properties of these polymers were changed dramatically.
