    The name of this book is Gregor the Over Lander. The author is Suzanne Collins. The main characters are Gregor, his little sister Boots, a princess named Luxa and her bat, a boy named Henry and his bat, two cockroaches, and a rat named Ripred. The setting is present and the book doesnt tell you what year it is. This story is about a boy whos dad disappeared around three years ago. He falls and a strange mist slows him down. He lands in a world where bugs and critters are huge. Rats are humans greatest enemy in this new world called the Underland. Gegor learns hes in a legend. He follows the legend which is basically a riddle and tries to save his father. Only 8 of the 12 people who went on the quest survived. This was one of the best books Ive ever read. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes bugs and family. This book was to easy to read. I think the author chose the title of this book because the main characters name is Gregor and he is called an Overlander while underground.
