Math Choice Centers

You must choose three centers to complete. You will have 15 minutes at each center. You will need to highlight the centers you complete and staple any work that you did to this page. Name: ________________ #: _____ Center 1: Place Value card gamechoose a partner and take a deck of cards. Lay out 10 face cards (king, queen, jack, joker) face down in a row. Put the rest of the cards in a stack. Each player chooses one card at a time to build a number. The player with the highest number in the end is the winner. You will play five rounds for the highest number, and five rounds for the lowest number.

Center 2: Place Value Dice gamechoose a partner and get a Roll or Pick worksheet. Get one die. You will complete all seven directions and fill in the worksheet as you go. Staple it to this when youre finished.

Center 3: Place Value Moodle-

In the

hallway, login to our Moodle site. Play the place value games under the caterpillar for this week. You will be called back into the classroom in 15 minutes.

Center 4: Place Value Display the Digits- choose a partner, grab a baggie of
number tiles and a Display the Digits worksheet (its two-sided). Complete both sides and follow the directions. Staple the worksheet to this when you are finished.

Center 5: Place Value Teamwork page- choose a partner and grab a baggie of
numbers and a Teamwork worksheet. They are two-sided. Follow the directions to complete both sides. Staple to this worksheet when you are finished.
