1. To refer a potential candidate, please fill out this form and return it via email or fax to: seasonal-camper@amazon.com 2. You are eligible for a referral bonus when you refer a potential candidate that hasnt previously worked for Amazon.com before and is not currently interviewing for an open position. 3. If the candidate you refer is hired, you will receive a $50 bonus after the new associate has worked for Amazon.com for 30 days. You must still be employed by Amazon.com at the time the referral is eligible to be paid in order to receive the bonus. 4.
