The Queens Diamond Jubilee

Her Majestys Coronation Menu Saturday 2nd June, 2012 45pp Sixty years ago on June 2nd, 1953, Queen Elizabeth II sat down to enjoy this very menu in celebration of her coronation. Great Britain was still recovering from an arduous world war and her majesty had requested a frugal gala. Honouring her request, the palace chef created the below menu to not only honour The Queen, but Great Britain too.
