INSTRUCTIONS
Type or print clearly in ink and put only one recipe per form. You may also submit photo copies of actual recipe cards. If you need more room, use another 8 x 11 sheet and staple together. Please do not write on the back of the form. List all ingredients in order of use, both in your ingredients list and in directions. Include container sizes, e.g. 16-oz pkg., 24-oz can, etc. Keep directions in paragraph form not in steps. Use the names of the ingredients in the directions, e.g., Combine flour & sugar. Do not use statements like Combine first three ingredients. Include temperatures and cooking, chilling, baking, and/or freezing times. Include the yield where applicable, ie. # of servings, # dozen cookies, etc.
