THE STEP OF HOW TO OPERATE MICROSOFT OFFICE APPLICATION

Microsoft office is a software that contained approximately 14 applications that presented by Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X operating systems. They are Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Office Power Point, Microsoft Office Access, Microsoft Office InfoPath, Microsoft Office Outlook, Microsoft Office Publisher, Microsoft Office Picture Manager, and many others. All of this application has a specific difference depend on the usage. They present many benefits of each necessary.

Some of the applications are for the following usage :

Ms. Word : Microsoft Office Word primarily allow users to create and edit text documents. Typical use may include writing an essay or report, creating a resume, or writing notes. In addition, work can be presented in the form of inserted tables, diagrams or pictures.

Ms. Excel : Microsoft Office Excel most useful features that it allows users to create custom formulas to perform calculations on their data. Excel also contains built-in formulas called functions that make it easy to perform common calculations on data.

Ms. Power Point : Microsoft Office Power Point is used to create slideshows, composed of text, graphics, movies and other objects, which can be displayed on-screen and navigated through by the presenter or printed out on slides.

We can operate all of that applications simply. And there is no difference to open the applications, except operate the menu according the usage.

And I would like to inform you how to open one of that applications, that is Microsoft Office Word, which generally we use this to help our writing task.

1. First of all, make sure you that your personal computer (PC) is running up, otherwise just switch on the computer by press the biggest button on your CPU. Done! 2. Click on your Start button on the buttom of the screen, so it shall shows all programs that contained by your computer. 3. Click All programs option and choose Microsoft Office. 4. It shall shows all of the applications, and then choose Microsoft Office Word. Done! There is another way to open it quickly. Just look for Microsoft Office Word on your desktop (its called shortcut) and click it twice. Done! And then you just operate this as your necessary.
