New integrations with MS Office 2007, Sharepoint and Lotus Quickr (CM 4.0.1, 4.5 TBD) extend the reach of ECM in the enterprise by making it available to the masses. DITA (Darwin Information Typing Architecture) is the standard format for complex documents that are constructed of smaller re-usable fragments.
