SUB: COMPLAINT ABOUT LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM BY SECURITY PERSONNEL AT DOWNTOWN Dear Sir, With reference to subject above, we are in grave concern that despite of verbal and written communication of our office Hotel One Downtown to your office nothing has improved onwards. We have been anticipating a real professional attitude from the personnel deputed at our site from your company but we are sorry to highlight the following lacks repeatedly; They are not alert enough during duty hours but bear very casual style and approach. They are not vigilant. Most of the personnel are hired from locality which is not suitable by security point of view; o They have relations in the surroundings to oblige. o They are not professionally trained and most of them are relatives among themselves. o They are more close to existing property/concerned. Lack of professionalism. They have do not have proper communication among themselves internally. They are not punctual and disciplined, and are found casually dressed. Supervisor should be a professional and should keep a weapon. They use favoritism for their interest (e.g.; time keeping of employees & vagabonds of locality). Some internal disputes among security personnel have been occurred in the past.

We are not happy by the performance and attitude towards professionalism of your security personnel. Please take this letter as a notice of one month to arrange and depute real professional staff at our location/property, desirably ex-army men. They are strictly under observation and if the circumstances and situation prevails, we will be compelled to look for replacement in the near future.
