To

begin our Scandinavian feast, we will be serving Vaffler, eaten with creamy goat cheese and strawberries. Before our main course, we encourage all of our guests to partake in a Norwegian tradition. Everyone will be given a small serving of Rmmegrt, a sour cream pudding. Also, as according to tradition, the one who finds the almond in their Rmmegrt will have good luck for the next year. Our main course will consist of succulent baked cod drizzled with a hard-boiled egg and butter sauce. This is accompanied by freshly baked rye bread, boiled potatoes and a side of green beans. A portion of green salad is also available on request. Later, a variety of sweet Scandinavian treats will circulate between the tables. We will begin with two types of 'Lefse', a type of soft flatbread, Buttermilk Lefse and Krina Lefse. Everyone will have the opportunity to taste a Rosette, nibble on some Krumkake, sample a Danish Pastry, or share a Kransekake among your table. Water, homemade apple cider, and a variety of tea will be available for your enjoyment.
Thank you for attending
