IMPORTANCE OF STRESS MANAGEMENT Positive attitude and outlook: Proper stress management makes us to be able to assume a more positive

attitude and outlook. Therefore, tend to weed out or eliminate negative stress in your life. In this regard we have a better control over our emotions and how wee respond to them. SUMMARY Time and stress management is an essential skill and tool that help us adjust to changes, keep to work under control, at the same time, keep unfavourable conditions at par. Hence, keeping cool, even, under pressure. This is achievable through effective and efficient management of time and stress. In this way, we work in a focused and efficient manner and really start achieving those goals, dreams, and ambitions we care so much for, either individualistic or organizational. However, the study of time and stress management does not solve our problems, rather, it reveals them and provides a structure to implement solutions to and monitor them.
