Tender will be issued on 14.05.2012 & 15.05.2012 during office time and will be received till 25.05.2012 upto 1500
hrs and shall be opened on 25.05.2012 at 1530 hrs. Tender documents requested by post will be delivered through
registered/speed post. AAI will not be held responsible for post delay if any in delivery of tender document and non
receipt of the same.

Tender forms will be issued to those contractors who produce certificate from clients of having satisfactorily
completed (Phase/Part completion of the scope of work in a contract shall not be considered) at least three works
each of 40% or two works each of 50% or one work of 80% of estimated cost of similar nature of work during last
seven years ending on 31.03.2012. The completion certificate for similar nature of work should be issued by an
officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent (Firms showing work experience certificate from Non
government/ Non PSU organizations should submit 'Tax Deduction at Source certificate' in support of their claim for
having experience of stipulated value of works) and produce proof of annualized average financial turnover of 30%
of the estimated cost of the each work during the last three years ending 31st March 2011.

Application for issue of tender documents shall be submitted upto 04.05.2012 on all official working days along with
tender fee of Rs.600.00 in the form of Demand Draft (issued by scheduled/nationalized bank but not from any co-
operatiove or Gramin Bank) drawn in favour of "Airports Authority of India" payable at Varanasi. The tender
documents requested by mail will be delivered on payment of an extra amount of Rs. 100/- (Rs. one hundred only).
Tender cost in form of demand draft should be issued by the bank after the published dated of this NIT. Applicaton
from the tenderers for issue of tender document by post shall only be received by 1600hrs on 04.05.2012. The
application shall be supported with self-attested copies of valid firms registration, PAN, TIN, Service Tax, EPF
registration (Proof of remittance in support of P.F. deposition shall have to be produced) and clients certificate for
experience indicating date of completion as per agreement and actual date & cost of completion of work. The
financial turnover should be supported with annual report (abridge balance sheet and profit & loss account) and
documentary proof of owning, leasing and possessing of required machineries and T&P shall be submitted,
(especially for work no. 3 i.e. Tractor and grass cutting machine).

If at any stage, any information/documents submitted by the applicant is found to be false, the agency shall be liable
for debarment from tendering in AAI, apart from any other appropriate/legal action.
