This one-day interactive workshop, developed by the Saskatchewan Population Health and Evaluation Research Unit (SPHERU), is open

to graduate students, faculty or anyone who is involved in research. This workshop focuses on the practical aspects of planning and managing large or small scale research projects in a dynamic and hands-on way. Participants will learn important skills such as: Creating effective partnerships with stakeholders Spending your money so it counts The art of recruiting and retaining participants Identifying potential problems before they become actual disasters Team building strategies Communicating results effectively
