CA APM Release 9.1.0 - How to Access the CA APM Bookshelf

CA Application Performance Management product documentation in HTML and PDF formats can be accessed from the CA APM bookshelf on CA Support Online (CSO). Note: If you do not have access to the CSO site, contact your system administrator. Follow these steps: 1. Navigate to CA Support Online and log in. 2. Select Documentation. The Documentation page appears. 3. Begin typing Application Performance Management into the Select a Bookshelf text box. CA APM bookshelves are listed based on languages and version numbers. 4. Select your required bookshelf and click Go. The bookshelf appears. Direct links to CA APM bookshelves: View the CA APM 9.1.0 bookshelf. View the CA APM 9.0.7 bookshelf. If you prefer to have the bookshelf appear behind the Help link, you can get it from the CA APM software download site and install it on the Enterprise Manager. Follow these steps: 1. Download the IntroscopeHelp.war file from the CA APM software download site. 2. Stop the Enterprise Manager. 3. Copy the IntroscopeHelp.war file to the <EM_Home>/webapps directory. 4. Delete all the folders in the <EM_Home>/work directory. 5. Restart the Enterprise Manager. 6. Log in to the Workstation or CEM Console and click the Help link. The bookshelf appears. 7. If you still see the "How to Access the CA APM Bookshelf" page, clear your browser's cache and refresh the page.
