GUIDELINES TO INVITE DIPLOMATES TO BECOME FELLOWS

He must be a diplomate in good standing for at least two (2) years, (In good standing means no outstanding annual dues and must have attended two (2) out of three (3) last Annual Conventions) He must be endorsed as professionally competent and upright by two (2) endorsers. (Active POGS Fellows)

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE ENDORSERS FIRST ENDORSER: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. He must be a Fellow in good standing. He must not be a national officer (Board or Members of the Committee on Credentials & Membership and Committee on Awards). He must be from the same region as the candidate. He must know the candidate for at least five (5) years. He must not be a first degree relative.

SECOND ENDORSER: 1. 2. 3. He must be the POGS Regional Director of the region where the candidate practice or He must be a Chairman of OB-GYN or Medical Director (POGS member) of an accredited residency training institution. He must not be a first degree relative.

He must have devoted the practice to the specialty for at least two (2) years. He must conform with the norms of ethics and professionalism of the discipline.
