Bo co ngn lu ti chnh ca d n l mt bng m t cc khon thc thu (cash receipts) v thc chi (cash expenditures) ca d n qua thi gian.

Bo co ngn lu thng cu trc thnh hai phn chnh: (i) Ngn lu vo v (ii) Ngn lu ra, v hiu ca ngn lu vo v ngn lu ra l ngn lu rng (net cash flow, NCF).
