Reaction to The Avengers

We went to the movies on Mothers Day. Theresa and Kayla saw The Hunger Games, while Josh and I saw The Avengers. I saw Hunger Games during its opening week, and while it was a pretty good movie I wasnt as interested in seeing it again as Theresa and Kayla were. Josh is waiting until he is a little older (or the DVD release) before he sees it. The Avengers was one of the greatest super heroes movies that Ive seen in a long time, probably ranking up there amongst Dark Knight, and maybe X-Men: First Class. It had humor, drama, character development and, of course, tons and tons of action. The movie did a great job of combining several big characters together yet giving them enough attention on screen and enough to do in the storyline. We had some downtime before our movies started, so Kayla and I killed some time taking pictures of each other standing in front of the Finding Nemo 3D display next to the theaters entrance.
