Chocolate Chip Cookies

125 g cup cup tsp. 1 ea. 1 cups tsp. 250 g Optional Method:

Butter (room temperature) Castor sugar Brown sugar (lightly packed) Vanilla Egg SR Flour (sifted) Salt Dark and Milk Chocolate pieces 60 g Walnut pieces (lightly roasted)

Preheat oven at 180C Cream together the butter, sugar and vanilla Add the egg and beat well until combined Add the flour and salt and lastly the chocolate Shape into even balls of desired size and bake until golden brown, approximately 10-12 minutes.
