We had received a letter from Home Development Mutual Fund regarding to those employees without Pag-Ibig Membership Identification (MID) for fast processing of your MID you must be registered online. Completely fill-up all the data. After successful registration, print the MDF with corresponding Registration Tracking Number (RTN). Submit the print MDF to me (Jun S. Ramos) at ABS Promotions Corporation, Unit 9 RBL Apartment San Isidro, City of San Fernando Pampanga thru mail via JRS/LBC.

It will be one of your requirement you need to submit. Deadline of submission is on May 28, 2012. Please do comply as soon as possible to process your Pag-Ibig number immediately.
