MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS (MKT547)- GROUP ASSIGNMENTS Each group will develop a marketing communications plan for a product or service.

Students are required to make an oral presentation which includes justification for strategies employed in their campaign. You are given flexibility to select any product or service. However, students must not select a brand in the market leader category. Students must include a television advertisement in the campaign. The plan must address each of the following topics: Situation analysis Target market analysis Positioning strategy Message strategy Media strategy- *REMEMBER, television must be one of the media Marketing communications strategy (you will need to select at least 4 of the MarCom tools) Integration- How are your different types of communications integrated to achieve objectives?

IMPORTANT Oral presentation will be assigned at a later point in time. Each group will be given 25 to 30 minutes and each group member must have some speaking part in the presentation.
