Case : Continuous fluctuation in the scheme can create internal conflict and ambiguous condition among the stockiest

and spread feeling of being cheated among the retailers. (Real situation created between Rajkot-Jamnagar Stockiest ) Two stockiest A and B had purchased Parad Tablet on 1st Jan 2012. The scheme given by company was 10+1 base. On purchase of 10 pack of Parad tablet they got one pack free. Stockiest A had sold his all inventory in two month as he has efficient marketing and distribution network. Stockiest B has still old stock in his warehouse. Now company had change their scheme on Parad tablet on 1st march 2012 and it is now 17 + 1. Stockiest A has to purchase on new rate and stockiest B will compete with stockiest A at old rate. B will provide Parad Tabet at old and high discounted rate. Retailors have no Idea about sudden change in the scheme and they feel stockiest A had cheated them. Retailors avoid to do business with stockiest A although he is efficient and good in inventory management.
