RESPONSIBILTIES
Jenny Zhang is the Senior Manager of Residential Services in Shanghai managing corporate accounts and landlord representation projects. Her role includes delivery of service excellence on a broad range of relocation services for multinational corporate assignees; providing the full options of housing availability, knowledge and understanding of living in Shanghai and where to seek resources as well as bridging the gap in communication between the tenant, occupant, landlord and landlord representatives. One of the key focus as a service provider is to problem solving in all aspects during the relocation and real-estate process. Besides assisting Director in building corporate portfolios, Jenny Zhang also works on developing property data in landlord representation.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Jenny Zhang joined SPACE Real Estate Agency in 2005 as a broker specializing in the sales of old properties to foreign investors. As a Senior Consultant in Asia Pacific Properties in 2007, Jenny worked directly with expatriates relocating to Shanghai in search of relocation and residential leasing services. During her time there, she became an expert in executing relocation services in second and third tier cities through building up resources and partnerships with local agencies.
