Dear Sir,

I am P Vamsi Krishna from Bangalore. I am an aircel customer from last 6 months, I would take to your notice that the AIRCEL Karnataka is acting very smart with the customers; this is the feedback not only from me the same thing even with 4-5 of my colleagues.

Actually I took the AIRCEL sim in last DEC-11, they gave me an offer with 30paise/local call and 40paise/STD call, but during buying they told it was 1paise/sec offer. But later when I called they told they could not help me as it was put for some other offer, I was just continuing with it, later after 4months it was turned to second paise offer. Until 5 days back it was fine and later when I recently recharged, I am getting charged at 50 paise, the bad thing is that the SMS cost was free until 4 days back and now it has become 1.20 paise which seems very hoax.

To find out the reason I called AIRCEL customer care, they are just very rude in speaking though I was requesting them, they use to reluctantly cut my call during process, this happened for 3 times. And finally I found that the reason for it is completion of the valid period of the offer which I was in.

The worst thing is that am a corporate employee and I spend more than INR 250 per month for AIRCEL, they dont even have a courtesy to intimate me when I am completing my validity, I am questioning isnt this listed in Telecom rules??? How can they charge as their wish after the validity period??? In the customer care one lady told they shall register the complaint and she told she shall send me an SMS regarding my complaint number, but I never got it till now(2days). And just now when I called again one fellow told he shall register my complaint freshly, but suddenly disconnected my call.

I am complaining you because of the negligence of these telecom providers over the customers like us is not good.

Pls do if can do something so that never they make such laxity.
