Corporate professionals engage in team-based stretch assignments that build capacity for nonprofits while also building their own skills and network. Through the program, participants build skills in: Self-awareness, Emotional Intelligence and Executive Presence Team Effectiveness and Change Management Strategic Thinking, Planning, Execution and Implementation Presentation skills Speaking with Impact Nonprofit orientation, engagement and leadership
Program Details
15-20 hours per month for four (4) months 5-7 participants per team, three (3) teams per cohort Meetings are every other week for four (4) hours in Minneapolis
