Corn Cake

- Ingredients: 10 chicken pieces, 1 carrot, 1 stalk celery, 1 sprig of parsley, 4 tablespoons oil 3 medium onions, chopped 1 kilo of ground beef post, 1 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper, 2 teaspoons paprika or paprika, 1 cup raisins hydrated in water, 1 cup black olives, 4 hard boiled eggs, sliced, 10 fresh corn grated or 12 cups frozen corn and ground 1 cup milk 3 tablespoons butter, 1 teaspoon of salt and Sugar for dusting.

- Preparation: In a saucepan, bring corn, basil, butter, salt and pepper. Heat over medium heat stirring. Add slowly the milk and cook stirring for ten minutes until dough is smooth and thick. Remove from heat and set aside. In a large pot, place a couple of liters of water, carrots, celery, parsley, salt and clean chicken. Bring to a boil and cook the chicken for 30 minutes until soft. Remove from broth, remove the leather and set aside. On the other hand, in a large skillet, heat oil and fry the onion until soft without browning. Add meat, salt, cumin and pepper, cook about six minutes until brown, turn off heat and add paprika. Mix and set aside. In a baking dish, place meat mixture on top the chicken, then distribute egg slices, olives and raisins. Cover with corn mixture and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bake 30 minutes at medium-high heat. Remove from oven and serve.
