spray oil cereal tabasco sauce 2 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk hamburger meat aka patties onion 1 (19.5 ounce) package brownie mix lettuce 3 medium carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces 2 stalks celery, cut into 1-inch pieces 3 packs or 2 double packs of chicken thighs 1 12 ounce package frozen egg noodles 1 heaping cup finely diced ham (use ham with less than 10% fat for South Beach Diet) 1/2 green bell pepper, finely diced 1 lb. ground pork or beef 1 15-oz. can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained Pineapple slices (optional) gum
