Preparation
® Photocopy one worksheet per pair or group
and stick it onto the card.
Cut up the dominoes as indicated.
™ You may prefer to have the students do the
preparation and take the opportunity to revise
the language.
Method
Each pair or group starts with a full set of 24
dominoes. They take five dominoes out and
put them face down in a pile on the table, The
rest of the dominoes are divided among the
players.
1 Turn over the first domino in the pile of five.
I The first student to play must put a domino
that goes either with the preposition or with
the time word. Example:
The first student or pair of students to play all
their cards is the winner.
I Ifa student can’t play a domino, they must
take an extra one from the pile in the centre
and miss their go.
